Pastor Jorge is an ordained and licensed minister and has been serving in a ministerial capacity for over 30 years. He graduated from Baylor University, in Waco, TX with a bachelor's of music and went on to receive a master's degree in Church Music from the Southern Baptist Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky. He is also a certified public school teacher and holds a position as Choir Director at a local middle school. Pastor Jorge is married to Sister Mary; their three children also attend and serve Amistad in various ministries
